Up and coming Finnish "violent pop" band BLIND CHANNEL took the Rock Box stage by storm , showing Texas what "Violent Pop" music is all about. Even though most people haven't heard of them yet, these guys are no new kids on the block. having been around since 2013.
The Finnish Grammy (2019) nominees have gone on to perform at Wacken Open Air and on tours with Amaranthe, Enter Shikari, All That Remains, and Simple Plan. Additionally, Blind Channel recently represented Finland and performed their single "Dark Side", one of the most streamed Finnish songs of 2021 so far, for the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 this past May, finishing in sixth place for the contest. The track currently has over 4.6 million views on YouTube and over 34 million streams on Spotify. The track went number #1 of the charts in Finland and reached platinum status in their home country.
