The Struts took over the Aztec stage and delivered an awesome performance that will not be forgotten. The English rock band, known for their stage presence and captivating performances, did not disappoint.
The setlist for the night was a perfect mix of old and new songs, keeping the audience on their feet throughout the show. The band opened with “Dirty Sexy Money,” followed by “Body Talks,” and “Fallin’ With Me,” The Aztec was jumping as the crowd danced and sang along with the band.
The Struts are often compared to their predecessors, The Rolling Stones and of course Queen, mostly because of their charismatic lead singer Luke Spiller but, they definitely have a sound all their own. Their sound is mostly straight-ahead rock with a very radio-friendly, familiar classic rock undertone. The nearly two hour was a real treat for the fans, old and new sending them home "Remembering the Name".
